Job Title: Integrity Specialist – Offshore FEED Project
KBR is growing its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for an exciting, high‑profile offshore development in Abu Dhabi. The ADNOC PMC project role would be based in Contractors Office in Abu Dhabi .
Job Purpose
To develop, implement, and monitor asset integrity management programs for offshore facilities, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment, pipelines, structures, and process systems. The role supports risk-based inspection, corrosion management, fitness-for-service assessments, and compliance with ADNOC Offshore standards and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Integrity Management
- Implement and maintain Asset Integrity Management Systems (AIMS) for offshore facilities.
- Develop integrity strategies for static equipment, piping, offshore structures, pressure vessels, tanks, and pipelines.
- Monitor asset integrity performance and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore standards, UAE regulations, and international codes.
Inspection & Corrosion Management
- Coordinate Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) studies and inspection programs.
- Review inspection findings and ensure timely closure of integrity-related actions.
- Monitor corrosion rates, corrosion monitoring systems, and mitigation programs.
- Evaluate inspection reports and recommend repair, replacement, or mitigation measures.
Engineering Assessment
- Conduct Fitness-for-Service (FFS) assessments and remaining life evaluations.
- Review structural integrity assessments for offshore platforms and facilities.
- Support Management of Change (MOC) processes from an integrity perspective.
- Participate in technical reviews, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and risk assessments.
Integrity Monitoring & Reporting
- Track integrity KPIs and prepare technical reports for management.
- Maintain integrity databases and inspection records.
- Analyze failures, incidents, and anomalies to identify root causes and corrective actions.
- Provide recommendations to enhance reliability and operational efficiency.
Project Support
- Review engineering designs and modifications for integrity compliance.
- Support brownfield and greenfield projects during design, construction, commissioning, and startup.
- Ensure integrity requirements are incorporated into project deliverables.
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Inspection, and Engineering teams.
HSE & Compliance
- Promote ADNOC's HSE policies and integrity management requirements.
- Ensure integrity activities comply with ADNOC, API, ASME, DNV, ISO, and relevant international standards.
- Support audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Master's Degree is an advantage.
Experience
- 8-15 years of experience in Asset Integrity, Corrosion, Inspection, or Reliability Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years in offshore oil & gas facilities.
- Experience with ADNOC Offshore, EPC contractors, or major offshore operators is preferred.
