The Opportunity
Demonstrated strong leadership in production planning and operational procurement, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource optimization, supplier performance management, and on-time delivery of complex projects while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Successfully drives process improvement, team development, and strategic material planning to enhance operational efficiency and support long-term business growth.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Leads and monitors a team of production planners and operational buyers;
- Implements the planning of the production of electrical equipment products, as well as for complete projects of any complexity in the short, medium and long term;
- Providing a forecast for electrical components to suppliers based on customer needs;
- Actively communicates with customers about delivery dates and additional requirements;
- Evaluates, selects and applies standard techniques and procedures for adapting production;
- Collects and analyzes all data related to the creation of a time-limited schedule for a product type;
- Organizes the preparation of a daily production schedule Responsible for the preparation of material strategies;
- Effectively monitors and controls the progress of the project and the efficient use of resources;
- Keeps SOP's fulfillment processes;
- Monitors and report suppliers performance Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed;
- Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.
Your background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, Engineering or other technical background;
- Professional experience at least 2 years in planning or similar area;
- Very good command of English language, written and spoken;
- Very good command of MS Office and ERP systems (SAP);
- Leadership and good communication skills;
- Planning, organizing, time management, priority setting skills;
- Strong customer awareness and focus.
