Job Description


Job Summary

As a Project Coordinator for the Research and Insights team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery, coordination and amplification of insight-led initiatives across the Insights team.

Reporting to the Insights Director and sitting within Marketing, you will support research, analytics and thought leadership activities spanning Residential Economics, Customer Insights and Commercial Real Estate (CRE). You will act as a central point of coordination across projects, stakeholders, events and business requests, helping ensure insights are delivered efficiently and translated into value for customers, clients, media and internal teams.

This role combines project coordination, stakeholder management and operational support, while providing exposure to a broad range of research and analytics activities across the business.

Responsibilities:

Research & Insights Coordination

  • Coordinate the delivery of research, analytics and insight projects across Residential Economics, Customer Insights and Commercial Real Estate.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and stakeholder communications to support successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Manage incoming requests for data, research and insights from internal stakeholders and external audiences.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of reports, presentations, briefing materials, visualisations and other insight outputs.
  • Track and report on the impact of research and insight activities, including media outcomes, content engagement, marketing performance and stakeholder utilisation.
  • Maintain documentation, processes and systems that improve visibility, efficiency and coordination across the Insights team.

Stakeholder & Business Support

  • Act as a central point of coordination between Insights, Marketing, PR, Content, Sales, Product and Commercial teams.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across stakeholders to ensure projects remain aligned and on schedule.
  • Support ad hoc insight, research and data requests from internal teams, customers, clients and media.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, project updates and follow-up actions.

Events, Thought Leadership & Communications

  • Support the planning and delivery of conferences, webinars, client events and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Coordinate schedules, logistics and briefing materials for Insights team spokespeople.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, speaking engagements, customer meetings and industry events.
  • Work with Marketing, PR and Content teams to maximise the reach and impact of insight-led campaigns and initiatives.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, project management practices and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support the adoption of new tools, reporting frameworks and workflows that enhance team effectiveness.

About You

  • Degree qualified in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences or a related field.
  • Highly organised with strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Curious, proactive and detail-oriented, with a genuine interest in research, data and insights.
  • Confident working across a broad range of stakeholders and business functions.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and presentation skills, with experience preparing reports and presentations.
  • Passionate about helping teams turn insights into meaningful business outcomes.
