Opened in 2008, Four Seasons Hotel Macao has become a coveted destination for both business and leisure travelers who seek exceptional and personalized services. Its numerous awards and satisfied customers attest to its excellence. In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. With the addition of 289 suites, the Hotel's room count increased to a combined total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group. Situated at the heart of the Cotai Strip, the hotel provides an elegant oasis with elite entertainment, high-end shopping, world-class dining, and the indulgent pampering that defines Four Seasons.

About the role:
The Manager in Training (MIT) program is designed to prepare future leaders for a management role within the organization. This position involves hands-on learning and development in various operational areas, with a focus on building leadership skills, understanding company policies, and enhancing customer service.

What you will do:

• Assist department managers in daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards

• Engage with guests to provide exceptional service, address inquiries, and resolve issues to enhance their experience

• Work closely with team members to foster a positive work environment and support team objectives

• Assist in tracking team performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

• Prepare and present reports on operational performance, training progress, and customer feedback to senior management

• Shadow experienced managers to gain insights into effective leadership techniques and strategies

What you bring

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest relations

• Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
