Location: Brisbane

Salary Package: $65k - $75k + Super + Performance-Based Bonus

Role Highlight: Join a high-performing B2B sales team managing an existing portfolio of SME customers. Build relationships with business owners, identify sales opportunities and drive retention and revenue growth through phone-based sales.

Role Overview

As an Outbound Sales Consultant, you'll proactively engage with SME customers over the phone, identify their needs and uncover opportunities to grow and retain their business.This is a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment suited to someone who enjoys speaking with customers, working towards targets and being rewarded for results.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing SME customers
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Identify and convert sales opportunities
• Drive customer retention and revenue growth
• Achieve individual sales and activity targets
• Manage customer information and activity through CRM
• Handle objections and confidently close sales

Candidate Profile

• Experience in outbound sales, telesales, contact centre sales or account management
• Confident and engaging telephone manner
• Comfortable working to sales KPIs and targets
• Resilient, motivated and commercially minded
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to manage a high volume of customer conversations
