SUMMARY
The Hyperscale Project Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining information management systems for internal and external use, coordinating cross-functional meetings, and compiling reports for lease requirements during active Build to Suit projects. The Hyperscale Project Analyst will plan and integrate with Hyperscale Project Executives/Managers in continuous process improvement and other internal stakeholders to ensure material needs are met with various active projects within QTS.
RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned.
- Manage information trackers with up-to-date information to be used cross-functionally during active projects.
- Support tracking and submission of lease deliverables to Build to Suit customers for the Hyperscale Project Executives.
- Partner with sales, legal, predevelopment, and construction teams to track status of critical workstreams.
- Develop information management processes to highlight key data throughout a development cycle
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, construction, or equivalent experience.
• One or more years’ experience in the field of real estate/construction or in a similar role.
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience tracking and reporting deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
• Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Scheduling and time-management skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous commercial real estate or data center development experience.
• Experience working in Smartsheet.
• Experience in customer facing roles.
