Description
This is a unique opportunity with an early stage, AI-enabled property management business in the Cayman Islands. Combining local property expertise with a proprietary technology platform, the business is looking to modernize how property management is delivered, removing much of the manual and inefficient work traditionally associated with the sector.
This is a hands-on opportunity where you’ll become the first hire and operational lead of the business, with responsibility across property operations, owner and tenant relationships, leasing, vendor management and business development. You’ll be the face of the company in the market, meeting property owners, converting warm leads into management agreements, and helping build the portfolio from the ground up.
Reporting directly to the founders, you’ll have significant autonomy and genuine influence over how the business develops. As the portfolio scales, you’ll recruit and lead a team of property managers, building out the operational function alongside the growth of the business.
The ideal candidate will have experience across real estate, property management or project management, with Cayman market experience strongly preferred. You’ll need to be commercially minded and comfortable with the sales side of the role, while also being highly organized, self-directed and confident managing owners, tenants and vendors. A CIREBA license is advantageous, with support available to obtain one if required.
Compensation will be competitive along with an equity scheme linked to business profitability, giving you a direct stake in the success you help create.
