Position: PIMS Engineer 
Job Location: Bangalore 
Education: B.E / B.TECH in Instrumentation / Electronics and Communication. 
Experience:  
• 2 ~ 5years Experienced in OSI PI or Other PIMS products, with good exposure to OPC
communication. 
• Work experience / knowledge on Yokogawa DCS / SIS (Centum VP, Prosafe) or Yokogawa
Solution packages like Exaquantum (Exaquantum Explorer, Web, RM, ARA, SER, AAA Suite) 
Travel: Flexible to travel based on the job demands 
Skills & Competency:  
Good Knowledge and experience on 
• OSI PI applications: PI Process Book, PI Coresight, PI Datalink, PI Web Parts, PI Asset
framework. 
• Software skills like C#, VB .net, good knowledge on OPC communication and connectivity to
3rd party systems (DA and UA). 
• Knowledge on SQL / Oracle based Database management.
• Knowledge on Yokogawa Exaquantum would be an added advantage. 
Key Responsibilities: 
• PIMS engineer Design & Implementation of OSI PI applications as per requirement / specific
& support preparation of FDS for PIMS, ALMS and Exa-Pilot Functionality. 
• Interact with customers on technical requirements with suitable solutions.
• Co-ordination with other disciplines like DCS, SIS and other team members for configuration
support and technical inputs.
• Support 
Pre-FAT, FAT, SAT and Site commissioning 
activities.
