The Marketing coordinator supports the operation and project development of the marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the team for specific mandates. This role collaborates closely with all functions of the organization as well as external teams (agencies, printers).

- Salary scale 003: $ 63 000 to $78 700 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)
How you will contribute to collective success:
- Supports the Marketing team (Manager, Senior Manager, Director) in managing ongoing projects (product launches, digital, analysis, samples, etc.).
- Acts as owner for data management: GS1 requests and updates, MDM code creations and all requests and all other similar platforms.
- Manages packaging process (copydeck, approval process, printing, etc.) with internal and external stakeholders.
- Product launches: Support Marketing Manager with product lunches.
- Marketing activation: Support Shopper marketing team in various projects.
- Manages the category's marketing budget (processing purchase orders, payment of invoices, reconciliation on a monthly basis);
- Coordinates the updating of the various tools related to portfolio management
- Responsible of product samples process
The type of player who fits in well with the team:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or other relevant field
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered;
- Minimum of three (1) year of relevant experience in a in the food or consumer products industry;
- Multi-tasking: Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
- Organization: High level of organization and attention to detail
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
- Proficiency of common software Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written
