Description
The Client Enablement Manager plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth, confident onboarding experience for clients integrating with our precall APIs. This role sits at the intersection of client delivery, technical enablement, and process management, guiding clients through the technical and business steps required for successful implementation.
You will act as the primary point of contact during onboarding, coordinating provisioning, answering both technical and non-technical questions, and ensuring clients understand vetting workflows and requirements. Once implementation is complete, ongoing support is transitioned to our Product Support and Integration Support teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, structured processes, and translating technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as the primary onboarding contact for clients integrating with precall APIs
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring milestones and requirements are met
- Coordinate and support client provisioning with TU and TNS (within current role scope)
- Answer technical and non-technical client questions related to onboarding, APIs, and workflows
- Provide clear explanations of vetting processes, requirements, and timelines
- Partner with engineering resources for deep technical questions or escalations as needed
- Translate technical information into client-friendly documentation and guidance
- Ensure a clean and well-documented handoff of fully implemented clients to supporting teams
- Maintain accurate onboarding documentation and client records
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows, templates, and enablement materials
- Support continuous improvement of the client onboarding experience
What you’ll need:
- Experience in client onboarding, client enablement, technical account support, or implementation roles
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational and process-management skills
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Experience coordinating provisioning or integrations with third-party partners
Bonus Points:
- Experience working with APIs or technical integrations
- Background in telecom, SaaS, or data-driven products
- Familiarity with vetting processes, compliance workflows, or regulated environments
- Experience documenting onboarding or enablement processes
