Job Description

To provide expert advice and support to Functional Executives, in articulating and coordinating the delivery of the business and risk strategy, project management and financial business plans of various strategic activities and supporting the delivery of key objectives.

• Are you someone who can:

• Translate business strategy into clear product roadmaps and delivery plans

• Manage multiple strategic projects and competing priorities simultaneously

• Drive delivery across business, technology, operations and change teams

• Lead strategic discussions and influence executive stakeholders

• Prioritise investment decisions based on value, risk and strategic alignment

• Manage dependencies, risks and delivery commitments across initiatives

• Perform analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making

• Identify opportunities for simplification, automation and continuous improvement

• Monitor benefits realisation and ensure delivery against business objectives

• Build strong collaborative relationships across RMB and FirstRand Group

• You Will Be an Ideal Candidate If You Have:

• A relevant degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering or Information Systems

• 6 to 8+ years' experience in Product Ownership, Programme Delivery or Investment Banking experience

• Experience delivering large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives

• Strong commercial and strategic thinking capability

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

• Experience managing complex portfolios with multiple delivery teams

• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities

• Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments
