Senior Associate – Transfer Agency (Dealing)
Location: Manila, Philippines
Role Summary
The Transfer Agency function supports global fund management clients across the full investor lifecycle, including transaction processing, reporting, AML/KYC, registration, and payments.
This role is responsible for executing TA Dealing operations from the Philippines GCC, ensuring accurate and timely processing of investor transactions, adherence to service levels, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role also supports process improvements and contributes to operational efficiency within a global delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
Process financial and non‑financial transactions in line with client and regulatory requirements
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all transaction processing
Maintain investor and client documentation with complete audit trail
Identify and resolve operational issues within defined procedures
Support business initiatives and ad‑hoc requirements as needed
Work effectively both independently and as part of a global team
Identify process gaps and support resolution and improvement actions
Support training and knowledge sharing within the team
Handle routine and moderately complex transaction-related queries
Contribute to preparation and maintenance of SOPs and process documentation
Follow established process controls and governance standards
Suggest ideas to improve efficiency, quality, and turnaround times
Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements
Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
Skills Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to consistently meet client deliverables and deadlines
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Windows-based systems
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong research, issue resolution, and communication capability
Good interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and resolve issues
High adaptability, resilience, and strong work ethic
Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
Flexible to work in shifts supporting global operations
Basic understanding of risk management and controlling environment
Strong planning and time management skills
Qualifications & Experience
Prior experience in Transfer Agency / Investor Services is required
Bachelor’s degree in commerce or related discipline preferred
5–10 years of relevant experience in TA operations
Experience in handling transactions, documentation, and operational processes
Understanding of TA workflows and interaction with related functions
