Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Position Summary:
Har-Tru is seeking an organized and proactive Marketing Specialist to own the day-to-day operational backbone of our marketing team. This newly created role covers project management, campaign execution, and cross-brand coordination across Har-Tru, Lobster, Surftech, Har-Tru DE, and Lobster Europe. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable juggling multiple brands and priorities, and looking to grow into broader marketing ownership over time.
Examples of Essential Duties:
Manage the marketing team's project calendar, coordinating timelines across campaigns, product launches, and trade shows for Har-Tru, Lobster, Surftech, Har-Tru DE, and Lobster Europe.
Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns end-to-end — from creative brief through launch — in partnership with the Director of Marketing, the Ecommerce Manager, and outside vendors.
Own day-to-day social media execution and content calendar across brands.
Coordinate cross-functional workflows between marketing, sales, and business development to keep initiatives moving on schedule.
Support dealer and contractor marketing efforts, including sales enablement materials and program logistics.
Track marketing budget and vendor spend; manage vendor relationships for print, promotional items, and campaign production.
Maintain campaign trackers, post-campaign recaps, and marketing documentation as the team scales.
Build and refine repeatable marketing processes and workflows to support a growing, multi-brand portfolio.
Provide day-to-day support to the Director of Marketing on ad hoc projects and cross-brand initiatives.
Qualifications:
2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally supporting multiple brands, product lines, or a B2B/B2C hybrid business.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders at once.
Experience with marketing and project management tools (e.g., email platforms, shared calendars, CMS or ecommerce platforms a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
A self-starter who is comfortable operating in a lean, fast-growing team and wearing multiple hats.
