Responsibilities
This position reports to the Senior Director, FX/Commodities and is responsible for various areas including but not limited to:
- Developing and launching new financial hedging strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Executing financial derivatives according to approved hedging strategies
- Leading the deployment of AI functionality to enhance FX forecast capabilities
- Summarizing and communicating the fundamental drivers of key currencies and commodities to Corporate Treasury senior leadership
- Engaging banking partners to understand key developments in FX and commodity markets and providing market updates/insights to Corporate Treasury senior leadership
- Preparing materials to communicate FX and commodity exposures and related hedging programs and risk management strategies to PepsiCo Senior Management
- Leading projects related to trade execution centralization and FX exposure management
- Develop and ongoing maintenance of hedging models
- Publishing FX planning rates
- Reviewing quarterly financial reporting disclosures and ensuring SOX compliance
You will have the opportunity to develop strong knowledge of the business model, financial markets, derivatives, and financial hedge strategies. The candidate will interact with functions across PepsiCo foods and beverage businesses, including the local Finance/Planning, Procurement, Control, Tax and Legal teams.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury/Finance function, banking or financial consulting
- MBA or CFA preferred
- Experience working with international businesses and cross-functional teams preferred
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical abilities
- Track record of improving processes, leading projects and influencing decision makers
- Demonstrated leadership behaviors:
- Drive for results and management of multiple priorities
- Team oriented and track record of collaboration across functional teams, and
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience with Generative AI preferred
