Summary:
Osaic is looking for a client support associate to work in the firm’s My Virtual Assistant (MVA) program. This individual will aid in answering incoming emails, communicate needs and details of client interactions from the financial professionals, prepare for client meetings and perform administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Review and respond to financial professional emails received into MVA-subscribed advisors’ inboxes within a timely manner.
Prepare physical mailings
Log all time spent with advisors into My Assistant Time Tracking system
Give support in preparation of client meetings for MVA-subscribed advisors
Aid MVA team in performing administrative tasks for MVA-subscribed advisors, including assisting in opening accounts, updating accounts, filling out paperwork, money movement requests, research action needed items, answering MVA emails, bolstering business, and communicating with vendors
Act as a liaison between the FP, in house departments, clearing firm, mutual fund company and insurance carriers
Follow up to ensure all tasks and requests are fully completed within service level agreement (SLA)
Act as the subject matter expert on all business processes, as well as all web services platforms
Assist financial professionals in the navigation of Osaic’s internal and external processes and systems
Prepare documents for esignature
Solicit and log all requests for technology or process enhancement
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Take ownership of issues, analyze problems, and follow through to resolution
Work independently to make decisions regarding the resolution of tasks or issues
Strong presentation, speaking and writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate information clearly
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Technically proficient with digital media and web-based communications systems
Correspond with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of requests
Assist with workload balance by supporting teammates during out of office or high-volume periods
Someone who is proactive, adaptable, willing to learn and think outside the box !!
Preferred Requirements:
Two years’ experience in the financial industry required; knowledge of all registrations, account types and investment products, as well as how each security works, preferred
Customer service, training and/or education experience preferred
Knowledge Netx360, Wealthscape, eQuipt, Signix, DocuSign and OneView web services preferred
