Heidelberg Materials is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Aggregate Quarry Weighmaster to join our team. This role serves as a key point of contact for drivers, customers, and plant personnel while ensuring accurate ticketing, inventory tracking, and shipment documentation in a fast-paced quarry environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Accurately weigh inbound and outbound trucks and process shipping documentation.
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, and quarry personnel to support efficient material movement.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, tickets, and inventory transactions.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional service at the scale house.
• Support safe and compliant operations by following company policies and regulatory requirements.

Work Environment

• Primarily based in a scale house at an active aggregate quarry operation.
• Frequent interaction with truck drivers, customers, contractors, and site personnel.
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving mobile equipment.
• Combination of administrative duties and operational support activities.
