What we offer:

• $90,000 annual base salary
• Performance-based bonus opportunities
• Six-figure earning potential in the first year

• Active New Jersey chiropractic license, eligibility for licensure, or currently pursuing NJ licensure

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our clinical team, you'll play a direct role in helping patients achieve better health outcomes while developing your own expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering chiropractic adjustments and patient care services
• Learning and implementing Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP) techniques and protocols
• Participating in posture correction, X-ray review, and corrective care plans
• Building trust and lasting relationships with patients
• Encouraging patient engagement, retention, and referrals through exceptional care
• Taking part in team meetings and ongoing professional training
• Assisting with community outreach and practice growth initiatives
• Celebrating patient progress and helping create a positive office experience
