Summary
Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP is looking for an experienced designer with exceptional graphic and presentation design skills to join our in-house Creative Services team. Willkie is an elite international law firm of more than 1,300 lawyers located in 16 offices in six countries.The Senior Graphics Designer combines traditional graphic design principles with narrative storytelling and technical expertise in PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office suite. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experiences, with at least 2 years in the legal sector. The designer will possess the ability transform complex legal and business concepts into clear, compelling visual communications—including client-facing presentations, marketing collateral, and firm-wide initiatives—while serving as a thoughtful brand steward, exceptional command of design principles, and a deep understanding of legal marketing standards.

Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, newsletters, infographics, social media campaigns, event materials etc.
- Create and maintain sophisticated and bespoke on-brand PowerPoint presentations for clients, internal leadership meetings, and business development initiatives.
- Oversee brand consistency across all client-facing and internal communications.
- Collaborate with teams to craft compelling visual narratives.
- Drive design strategy for the firm's social media presence, and digital campaigns.
- Develop and maintain the firm's design system, templates, and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure quality production output.
- Deliver consistently polished work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure legal environment.
- Training/oversight of other designers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 2 years at a Big Law firm or other professional services.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Premiere Pro etc.).
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, including the ability to build complex, visually refined and bespoke presentations and master templates from scratch.
- Video production and editing experience, including motion graphics (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) preferred.
- Deep knowledge of design principles including typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Demonstrated experience with legal presentation materials.
- Strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated work relevant to Big Law or other professional services marketing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously under strict deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, compelling visuals.

Pay Range
USD $95,000.00 - USD $105,000.00 /Yr.Pay Range Statement
The salary range for this role represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and location.
