Job Description Summary

Lead a team responsible for APAC/China growth and flawless SQDC execution of Software & Controls Solutions Project Execution, Field Services, and Lifecare Solutions. Direct team includes Project Managers, Service Managers, Projects and Services Support, and Operations staff. Work with Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Comm Ops to both deliver on annual goals, as well as provide mid and long range regional strategic plans.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Functional management responsible for leading and directing all active association with customer project management from R3 through Warranty.
• Lead and develop Project Managers, Service Managers, Field Service Engineers, and Operations Specialists.
• Work aligned with the SCS Global Operations, ensure compliance to SCS and GEGP process and Operating Rhythm, company targets, and execution effectiveness.
• Deliver on SCS financial targets and KPI’s.  Lead and manage very complex project processes.  Work cross functionally and leverage other regional leaders.
• Utilize existing and new processes to deliver Resource Management, including forecasting for backlog and region pipeline
• Work with SCS Controls Operations and Solutions teams to deliver next generation execution capabilities.  Includes technical labor force, software and remote capabilities, CLS models, and customer success.
• Develop a clear vision on the business and strategy in close interaction with the SCS and GEGP Leadership teams.  Lead your team in complex issues.

Required Qualifications

• This role requires significant experience in the Project Management & Operations Leadership. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of Service or Projects management leadership experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel in assigned region
