Bowser Automotive in Chippewa is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Lot Attendant to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being around vehicles, interacting with customers, and staying active throughout the workday.  You'll play an important role in supporting our Service Department and helping provide a positive experience for every customer who visits Bowser.

No automotive experience is required. We are looking for someone dependable, professional, and willing to learn.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Move and valet customer vehicles to and from the Service Department.
• Inspect vehicles for existing damage and accurately document your findings.
• Wash and prepare vehicles as needed.
• Safely operate the Bowser customer shuttle.
• Assist Service Advisors with daily department needs.
• Assist Service Technicians as directed by the Service Manager.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe service drive and lot.
• Follow all vehicle handling, safety, and company procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Safe and responsible driving habits.
• Good judgment and attention to detail.
• Dependable and reliable work ethic.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Successful completion of required pre-employment screenings is required.
