Description
Tired of dispatchers who disappear and rate cons that show up late? We've spent more than 10 years building a carrier that owner operators can rely on.
How we work:
- Experienced dispatch team that knows dry van freight inside and out.
- Immediate rate confirmation as soon as you book a load, with no surprises later.
- Mostly customer freight rather than spot market, which is why our dry van average was $3.45 per mile over the last 5 months.
- 88% of gross on every load.
- Paid every Friday.
Savings and earnings:
- Fuel card discounts up to $0.90 per gallon.
- Owner operators typically take home $3,500 – $6,000 weekly after deductions and fuel, and top OTR owners have reached $6,500 – $7,000.
- Your schedule: Weekends home or OTR. You choose what works for your life. After 30 days you can move to self-dispatch if you want more control.
- Fast start: Orientation is done remotely. We mail your equipment to your home, and your first load is local.
- Talk to someone who's been there: you're welcome to speak with an owner operator already running with us and confirm everything above first-hand.
Requirements:
- Own a semi truck (no cargo vans, hotshots, or sprinter vans).
- CDL Class A, 3+ years of experience.
- No more than 3 moving violations.
- Must pass a background check.
