Park DuValle Community Health Center is seeking a Practice Manager (LPN) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Taylorsville location. The Practice Manager is responsible for supporting smooth and efficient clinic operations, including patient flow, staff assignments, scheduling, and coordination with medical providers to support quality patient care.

The Practice Manager provides supervision and direction to administrative and support staff in accordance with their level of training and the needs of the clinic. This position works collaboratively with providers and staff to promote efficient operations and a positive patient experience.

The ideal candidate maintains a high level of professionalism and demonstrates strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of the FQHC site, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff assignments.
• Ensure compliance with FQHC policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to support quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.
• Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Supervise, train, and support administrative and support staff to promote efficient and effective performance.
• Provide oversight of patient registration and scheduling processes to support efficient patient flow.
• Maintain accurate records and operational reports.
• Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Operations to develop and implement strategic goals and objectives.
• Stay current with FQHC regulations, healthcare industry trends, and best practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Prior experience in healthcare administration or management, preferably in a community health center or FQHC setting.
• Knowledge of FQHC regulations, healthcare policies, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, accessible healthcare services to underserved populations.
