Intern, PACS Strategic Initiatives & New Technologies

Job Description Summary:

We are looking for a technology-oriented intern to support strategic innovation projects within the Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability (PACS) function. This role sits at the intersection of AI, data analytics, digital intelligence, behavioral science, and reputation management, offering a unique opportunity to apply technical skills to real-world business, public affairs, communications, and sustainability challenges. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Support AI-powered reputation management intelligence initiatives. 

• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data from media, social, and other external information sources. 

• Contribute to the development and testing of dashboards, workflows, and AI-enabled tools. 

• Support research and insight generation on consumer behavior, and emerging reputation risks. 

• Conduct literature reviews and data-driven analysis to translate complex information into actionable recommendations. 

• Help prepare executive reports, presentations, and project documentation. 

Preferred Profile 

• Undergraduate or Master's student in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 

• Strong interest in AI, machine learning, data analytics, digital platforms, and emerging technologies. 

• Familiarity with data visualization, business intelligence, or analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, etc.) is a plus. 

• Curious, analytical, and comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders. 

• Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into meaningful insights. 

• Fluent in English.
