Position: Civil Engineer/Architect

Location: Hildesheim, Germany

Field: Automotive

Type: Weekly working 35 hours

Tasks:

• Responsibility for planning, construction management, and execution of complex renovation and maintenance projects;
• Preparation of specifications and bid documents;
• Management and coordination of all technical and construction trades, in some cases involving external engineering firms, from the design phase through to commissioning and acceptance of the work;
• Early involvement of clients and users in the planning process, including aligning requirements with the necessary measures;
• Representing the client's interests and coordinating schedule and cost control while adhering to technical specifications and economic objectives;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or civil engineering (Dipl.-Ing. or Master's);
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in industrial construction, as well as several years of experience in project management;
• In-depth knowledge of all construction trades in the office and manufacturing sectors, with a focus on service phases 5–9 of the HOAI;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and CAFM systems, as well as strong skills in MS Office and SAP;
• Additional certification in AVA software (iTwo) is desirable;
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills, with the ability to work well in a team and handle high-pressure situations;
• A structured, meticulous, and independent work style;
• Very good German and good English skills;
