Product Finance Co-op Student

Reports to: Manager, FP&A – Product Finance 

Location: North Vancouver, BC 

Work Arrangement: In-office 4 days per week 

Pay Range: $42,100 - $55,100; pay is dependent on year of study and related experience  

Duration: Eight (8) months, January 4, 2027 – August 13, 2027 

Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 
 

Your Co-op Opportunity at ARC'TERYX: 

As the Product Finance Co-op Student you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our product finance function. You will be supporting our cross-functional business partners, improving the way that we support merchandising, commercial and product teams with enhanced KPI and reporting visibility. You will work closely with members of the financial planning, merchandising and product teams to drive our product strategy forward through analytical insights and financial support, and will help strengthen our ability to make informed strategic decisions. 

In this role you will learn and/or use the following technology: Microsoft Office, Oracle, OneStream, Power BI, and AI tools. 

Candidates must be enrolled in a post-secondary Co-op or internship program for the duration of the term and must be eligible to work in Canada. 

Meet Your Future Team: 

The Product Finance team at Arc’teryx sits at the intersection of finance and product, partnering with Merchandising, Commercial, and regional finance teams globally to understand how our products perform. We own the financial view of product margin and pricing, from what a product costs to make through to what it sells for across our regions and channels. Through financial modelling, variance analysis and KPI tracking, the team drives insights to enable leadership decisions on pricing, margin, product assortment and long-termproduct strategy. 

You will work directly with the Manager, FP&A - Product Finance and alongside the rest of the Global Revenue, Gross Margin and Inventory FP&A team, with coaching and mentorship throughout your term.
