Integration & Solutions Analyst

As our Integration & Solutions Analyst, you'll serve as a key technical resource supporting Customer Operations and the broader Gogo ecosystem. You'll work closely with Customer Operations, Engineering, System Administrators, Database Administrators, and Network Engineers to identify process inefficiencies, troubleshoot operational challenges, and implement automated solutions that improve performance, scalability, and customer outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Support and maintain the Gogo Test Lab, while driving initiatives that improve testing capabilities and operational efficiency
• Provide technical expertise that helps advance Customer Operations objectives and enhance customer experience
• Troubleshoot, test, and investigate operational failures and anomalies across Gogo hardware and software platforms
• Partner with Customer Operations, Engineering, and infrastructure teams to develop and implement solutions that improve business processes and service delivery
• Develop and support proof-of-concept projects that validate new architectures, technologies, and operational solutions
• Work cross-functionally with System Administrators, Database Administrators, and Network Engineers across multiple service lines to resolve complex technical issues
• Create, interpret, and maintain technical documentation, implementation plans, system diagrams, and production environment designs
• Build documentation that adheres to company standards and supports the long-term maintenance of systems and solutions

 

 

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 1-2 years’ experience in information technology, technical support, systems administration, or a related discipline
• Strong customer support and customer-facing troubleshooting experience
• Demonstrated experience with IP-based networking concepts and network troubleshooting tools
• Experience identifying technical issues and implementing sustainable solutions in operational environments
• Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into practical implementations

• Network+ Certification
• AeroIT Certification
• Working knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Strong understanding of Linux operating systems, system internals, and operating environments
• Experience creating technical documentation, implementation plans, and system architecture diagrams
• Exposure to proof-of-concept development and solution validation projects
• Knowledge of high-volume, high-availability production environments
• Experience within the business aviation, aerospace, telecommunications, or technology industries
• Familiarity with process automation and operational efficiency initiatives
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional technical teams

Equal Pay Disclosure(s)

Base Pay:

64,000.00 - 80,000.00 USD Annual

Target Annual Short-Term Incentive:

Bonus Plan at 5% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
