Dutch-speaking Travel Consultant to Amsterdam, The Netherlands

As a Travel Consultant, you will support customers throughout their holiday planning journey, from answering questions and providing travel advice to managing bookings and resolving issues. What will you do?

• Handle customer inquiries before their holidays via phone, email, and social media
• Provide accurate information, guidance, and recommendations to customers planning their holidays
• Process new reservations and manage changes or cancellations to existing bookings
• Address and resolve issues or complaints before customers travel
• Deliver personalized customer service while representing the values of the travel brands you support
• Support customers across both Dutch and English-speaking markets

Candidate profile

• You have completed your education; a background in tourism and/or passion for travel is an advantage
• You are customer-focused and results-oriented
• You can handle stressful situations and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills
• You are comfortable working with computers and different systems
• You are fluent in Dutch/Flemish and have a good command of English
• You enjoy giving constructive feedback and contributing to organizational development
• You are flexible and available to work evenings and weekends
