As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for every client’s journey. Your professionalism, warmth, and communication skills will help usher potential clients into the exceptional representation our team is known for.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming calls with a smile, confidence, clarity, and genuine care

• Manage and respond to emails with professionalism and efficiency

• Assist with essential administrative tasks that keep our operations running seamlessly

• Engage, qualify, and nurture prospective clients, guiding them further down the sales funnel toward our Directors of Client Engagement
