Intro
Join our team as a Junior Procurement Specialist and start your career in aviation procurement and supply chain. In this role, you will support our procurement, logistics, and supply chain activities across Maintenance operations while working closely with airline maintenance, operations, CAMO, and procurement teams.
You will have the opportunity to learn about aircraft parts procurement, supplier management, logistics coordination, and the specific requirements of a fast-paced airline environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting airline maintenance, operations, and CAMO departments with day-to-day procurement and logistics requirements.
- Assisting the procurement team in sourcing aircraft parts, expendables, and consumables.
- Communicating with suppliers and maintenance providers regarding prices, availability, lead times, and delivery arrangements.
- Supporting the team in obtaining and comparing supplier quotations.
- Assisting with purchase orders and monitoring order status and deliveries.
- Helping to ensure that required aircraft parts, tooling, and materials are available on time to support maintenance activities.
- Supporting logistics coordination by comparing transportation options and delivery times.
- Maintaining accurate procurement and supplier information in relevant systems.
- Supporting supplier evaluation and ensuring that procurement activities follow company and aviation compliance requirements.

We expect You to have:
- University degree, or currently be in the final year of university studies. A degree in business, logistics, supply chain, aviation, engineering, or a related field would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics, supply chain, or aviation is an advantage, but not required.
- Interest in the aviation, airline, or MRO industry.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Good command of English; additional languages would be an advantage.
