The Noche Buena Support Staff is responsible in assisting the Campaign Support Staff work on the Noche Buena Campaign. This includes encouraging sponsors to donate using all means of communication and ensuring timely processing and acknowledgment to all givers.
This is a fixed-term post for 3 months (November 2026 until January 2027), based in Quezon City.
Major Responsibilities:
- Assist the Donor Care Team in handling and processing all sponsor-related concerns regarding Noche Buena donations.
- Conduct outbound calls to invite and encourage sponsors to support the Noche Buena donation campaign.
- Coordinate and process donations through various giving channels and communication platforms.
- Respond to and coordinate sponsor inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Social/Behavioral Science, or any four-year course with relevant experience in telemarketing and customer care/service.
- At least a year of broad and substantial experience in marketing, customer service and/or account management.
- Good command of English and Filipino language.
