Job Description
The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, develop new business, and promote our premium membership, hospitality, equestrian, and event offerings. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, partnerships, market research, and targeted outreach.
- Promote private memberships, hospitality experiences, equestrian programmes, events, and corporate packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP, high-net-worth, corporate, and prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and follow-up.
- Conduct presentations, tours, client meetings, site visits, and sales appointments.
- Prepare tailored proposals, packages, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, activities, proposals, and sales outcomes.
- Use CRM and sales tools to manage the pipeline and track conversion performance.
- Collaborate with membership, marketing, hospitality, equestrian, and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Identify opportunities for corporate partnerships, sponsorships, private events, and strategic collaborations.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, community gatherings, and promotional activities to represent the Royal Stables.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analysis.
- Support the development of sales budgets, targets, campaigns, and business plans.
- Ensure all sales activities and communications reflect the Royal Stables’ luxury positioning and brand standards.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to maximise conversions, renewals, repeat business, and referrals.
- Handle client enquiries, objections, negotiations, and concerns with professionalism and discretion.
- Support the creation of sales presentations, brochures, campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling client information and commercial data.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, packages, systems, and customer experience.
- Perform other sales, business development, and relationship management duties as required.
Desired Skill & Expertise
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, membership, hospitality, luxury retail, private clubs, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Experience selling to VIP, high-net-worth, corporate, or institutional clients is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of consultative selling, lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and convert new opportunities.
- Established network within the UAE’s luxury, corporate, hospitality, equestrian, or lifestyle sectors is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Professional, polished, confident, persuasive, and discreet.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the UAE market and local cultural expectations is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly desirable.
