SHSO-Sutter Health System Office - Santa Barbara

Position Overview:

* This position will be primarily onsite at clinics in the Santa Barbara area.

Serves as the resource for Digital workflows across the Sutter Health Application suite. Provides support to all Sutter clinical employees in the use of eHR and other technologies, including eHR onboarding and training, and proficiency maintenance and enhancement. Assists with new eHR functionality, go-live support in all regions and upgrades, and applies best practices and experience to effectively address complex clinical/technical issues in diverse healthcare delivery environments.

*Epic experience with Beacon, would be helpful.

Job Description:

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

• 1 year recent relevant experience

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:

• Epic proficiency required within 6 months of hire

Pay Range is $88,212.80 to $132,329.60 / annual salary

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
