  • Strong understanding of apparel product creation from consumer insight and brief development through design, development, commercialization, and marketplace launch.

  • Ability to translate consumer, cultural, trend, marketplace, and commercial insights into focused product strategies and recommendations.

  • Strong product sense, apparel knowledge, commercial acumen, and product storytelling capability.

  • Experience working effectively across functions and geographies in a matrix organization.

  • Strong communication, influence, presentation, problem-solving, organization, and project management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple seasonal priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  • Professional working English is required. Mandarin capability for day-to-day collaboration in Greater China is strongly preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will be accountable for the Outerwear product portfolio, bringing deep category expertise and shaping locally relevant performance and lifestyle outerwear solutions, helping deliver consumer-right, locally relevant apparel that fuels growth and deepens consumer connection in Greater China.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the multi-season product strategy, line architecture, and seasonal briefs for the GC Local Creation Outerwear portfolio.

  • Serve as the senior category expert for outerwear consumer needs, competitive trends, materials, construction, performance benefits, and marketplace opportunities.

  • Create a clear point of view across product concepts, franchises, price points, use occasions, and distribution needs.

  • Partner with Design, Product Development, Technical Development, Materials, Costing, and Sourcing to deliver technically credible and commercially compelling outerwear.

  • Influence cross-functional teams through expertise, structured recommendations, and strong product storytelling without relying on formal people leadership.

  • Drive product creation excellence from concept through commercialization, ensuring clear consumer value, product intent, and business impact.

  • Partner with Design, Product Development, Technical Development, Materials, Costing, Sourcing, Merchandising, Planning, Finance, Brand, Marketplace, and Sports teams.

  • Use consumer insights, marketplace feedback, trend intelligence, competitive learning, and commercial data to inform decisions.

  • Create clear briefs and presentations that align cross-functional and global partners around the opportunity, priorities, and intended outcome.

  • Manage milestones, product information, risks, trade-offs, and decisions with accuracy and speed.
