Healing Haven is a state of the art behavioral clinic for children with autism and their families. We believe in treating the family as a whole, and as such siblings and parents are often incorporated into our therapy. Our unique services include a 3-month parent training program, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and day-time center based ABA services for children between the ages of 2-12. What You’ll Do

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments for program placement and progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Utilize ongoing data analysis to modify treatment strategies as needed
• Supervise and support therapeutic programming
• Facilitate parent meetings and parent training to promote carryover across environments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and quality of care
• Complete documentation, reports, and authorization-related communication with payors
• Stay current with research and emerging methodologies in occupational therapy and autism services

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current and unrestricted Michigan Occupational Therapist license
• Knowledge of autism and behavior analysis preferred, but not required
• Ability to maintain a clinical caseload of billable hours
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred, but not required
• Credentialing with major insurance providers preferred, but not required
