Responsibilities and JD in brief along with additional criteria to be considered (if any):Experience: 8+yrs Job Location: Bangalore and Chennai· Solutionise, Design and Develop high-quality services using Java 8+, core programmingconcepts, collections, generics, concurrency, design patterns & react programming· Build scalable Spring Boot microservices, implementing DI, REST controllers, transactionmanagement, async processing, and robust exception handling.· Design and implement secure, versioned REST APIs with strong understanding of HTTP methods,status codes, idempotency, JWT, and API security best practices.· Ensure thread-safe implementations using multithreading, parallel streams, synchronizationprimitives, and concurrent collections.· Contribute to system design and architecture using DDD, CQRS, reactive programming, andpatterns like Proxy, Saga, and Strategy.· Work with Kafka, SQL and NoSQL databases, writing optimized queries, understandingindexing/joins.· Implement and maintain security frameworks including OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS, mTLS, and tokenlifecycle management.· Utilize Spring Boot, logging/monitoring tools, Caching and troubleshoot memory/performancebottlenecks.· Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, contribute to planning, estimation and drive best coding and design practices across the team. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute to solution design and delivery excellence. · Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with iterative development and continuous delivery practices. · Skilled in testing, deployment, and managing code across multiple test and production environments. · Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, and Release Management processes. · Ability to write high-quality unit tests using JUnit, Mockito, and follow clean coding principles. · Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. · Must be willing to work from the client office as per company policy.
