Job Description:

This role is responsible for managing Canadian regulatory reviews and licensing, overseeing the Transportation Deviation Program, supporting Transportation Supplier Qualifications, coordinating national training activities, and contributing to projects, new client implementations, and UPS Packout documentation.

 

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: 4156 Mainway, Burlington, ON L7L 0A7 Canada

Workdays: Monday to Friday

Shift Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Transportation Compliance & Supplier Management

  • Independently manage the Transportation Deviation Program, including logging deviations, tracking client dispositions, coordinating product outcomes with Customer Service, providing feedback to transportation vendors, entering actions into QN+, and ensuring all actions are completed and communicated back to clients.

  • Lead Transportation Supplier Qualification activities for non‑temperature‑controlled vendors and maintain all qualification records.

  • Oversee Transportation Metric Management, including monthly KPIs and quarterly QMR reporting.

 

Training Coordination (Canada)

  • Manage all site‑level and Canada‑level Training Matrices.

  • Create and maintain training roles, assign training modules, and complete annual training verifications.

  • Support external training documentation and updates during new client onboarding.

 

Regulatory & Licensing Activities

  • Prepare and compile required documentation for DEL and NHP license renewals.

  • Conduct quarterly MDEL regulation reviews, initiating and managing Change Controls for assessments and required actions.

 

Documentation Ownership

  • Serve as the Packout Document Owner, ensuring all UPS Packout documents are updated to reflect program changes.

  • Maintain ownership of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) documents and storage location documents, including updates triggered by reviews, client changes, and new implementations.

  • Act as Document Owner for designated Canada‑level SOPs and controlled documents.

  • Provide general support to the Senior QA Manager as needed.

 

Project Support

  • Support projects and new client implementations through document processing, training role creation, user setup, training updates, and matrix maintenance.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science‑related field (or internationally recognized equivalent) — Required

  • Experience in pharmaceutical & healthcare— Required

  • Quality or Regulatory Assurance experience — Required

  • Superior attention to detail, organizational excellence, and accuracy — Required
