Compensation
- $16/hour
What You’ll Do
As a Caregiver, you’ll make a real difference each day by supporting clients in their homes. You will:
Arrive on time for each assignment and complete tasks outlined in the individualized plan of care
Provide assistance with daily living activities, including:
- Preparing meals and washing dishes
- Running errands (e.g., grocery shopping)
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dusting, vacuuming)
- Offering companionship through conversation, reading, games, and activities
- Reminding clients to take medication
Communicate regularly with your supervisor regarding services provided and any changes or concerns in a client’s health
Use sound judgment and maintain strict client confidentiality
Positively represent Connections at Home in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
- Previous experience or education in home care, human/social service OR related field!
- Interest in working with older adults
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required
- CNA certification is not required

- PRN (as needed)

Care is provided in private homes throughout Lancaster County and within Willow Valley Communities.
