What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and proven sales techniques
- Deliver polished sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with confidence
- Partner closely with the maintenance team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Keep accurate, organized records of sales activities and client communication

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Demonstrated success in sales within the maintenance or HVAC industry
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with your team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
