About the role
As part of the Enterprise Clients team, you will support several strategic Client accounts nationally, regionally and globally. In this role, you will provide market intelligence and proactive advice while managing transactions such as Acquisitions, Dispositions, Sales, Subleases, etc. Be part of a team that strives for ongoing improvement, providing best in class tools, technology and process disciplines.
Lead the transaction process: Evaluate and engage local brokers, maintain engagement and leadership in the evaluations and negotiations of each transaction, and actively manage the local brokers.
Drive Strategic Advisory Services: Clearly understand the client’s portfolio and proactively advocate for strategic initiatives like Workplace Strategy, Flexible Office, Metro Studies, etc. to spur opportunities that reduce costs, take advantage of attractive markets, raise efficiency, etc.
Deliver Financial Acumen: Demonstrate familiarity with IFRS lease accounting issues and the impact of negotiating strategies on client’s cost structures. Ability to perform complex cost comparisons using common financial analysis tools.
Communicate proactive market intelligence: Manage the local brokers and utilize other direct information gathering to ensure the client is receiving proactive market intelligence regardless of lease event dates.
Provide summaries: via Excel/PowerPoint, create value-add lease summaries for executive approvals and Estoppel review
Focus on high efficiency tools – Leverage the Colliers360 technology platform to raise client adoption and maximize efficient management of the account, ensuring accuracy, timeliness for updates, and relevance to the client’s business.
Advocate best practices – Consistently make recommendations to clients on tools, methodologies and other programs that we can share across clients and demonstrate leadership by consistently generating new ideas to add value for clients and Colliers.
What you bring
2+ years of Transaction Coordination for Enterprise clients (Multi-Markets) within commercial real estate
Bachelor’s degree
Technology proficiency in MS Office Suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Strong skills in the following areas: business management, human relations, financial analysis, budgeting, relationship building, time management, planning and organizing, written and verbal communications.

Approximate Compensation Range for Role: $53,931 to $87,000
Area/Location Specific: Toronto, ON
Our Compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all CAN locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
