Intro
Join our team as an Aviation Technical Records Specialist and be responsible for maintaining, controlling, and verifying aircraft technical records and ensuring that all documentation is accurate, complete, traceable, and compliant with applicable aviation regulations and company procedures. The role supports the continuing airworthiness and maintenance functions by ensuring that aircraft maintenance records, component records, lifelimited parts data, and other technical documentation are properly recorded, reviewed, controlled, and readily available for operational and regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date aircraft technical records in accordance with company procedures and applicable aviation regulations.
- Review, process, and archive aircraft maintenance documentation, including: Aircraft maintenance work orders and task cards, Aircraft technical logs, Installation records, Component removal and Certificates and release-to-service documentation, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs) and modifications, Life-limited and time-controlled component records, Engine, APU, landing gear, and other major component records.
- Verify technical records for completeness, accuracy, signatures, dates, references, and traceability.
- Monitor aircraft and component hours, cycles, landings, calendar limitations, and other relevant technical data.
- Ensure records are properly scanned, indexed, filed, and retained in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Identify missing, inconsistent, or incomplete documentation and coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, CAMO, and other relevant departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Support aircraft records reviews, internal audits, regulatory inspections, lease returns, aircraft transfers, and records due-diligence activities.
- Prepare technical records packages and documentation for aircraft deliveries, returns, sales, leases, and maintenance events.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of controlled technical documentation.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of technical records processes and electronic records systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including those of the relevant aviation authority and approved maintenance/continuing airworthiness organizations.
- Perform other technical records and administrative duties as assigned.
