Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reclassifications.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in SAP and related systems.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor General Ledger accounts and analyze variances.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, IFRS requirements, and internal controls.
- Maintain supporting documentation for accounting transactions.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with AP, AR, Treasury, Tax, Controlling, and local finance teams.
- Support process improvements and standardization initiatives.
- Contribute to SOP updates and process documentation.
- Participate in transition and migration activities as required.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Accounting / Finance / Economics / Business Administration or related field.
Work Experience
2–4 years of accounting or finance experience.
Experience in a Shared Service Center or international environment is a plus
Good knowledge of accounting principles.

Technical Skills
Microsoft Office package proficiency

English – intermediate to advanced level (written and spoken).
German/Polish, or other European languages are considered an advantage.
