Position Overview
E.L. Blake Corporation is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Director to support the execution, administration, and oversight of government contracts and task orders at Hill AFB, Utah.
The Deputy Program Director serves as a key operational leader and extension of the Program Director, providing day-to day program coordination, performance oversight, and cross-functional leadership to ensure contractual requirements, customer expectations, and corporate standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day execution and performance of assigned ELB government contracts and task orders.
- Lead and coordinate program teams and site leadership across geographically dispersed locations.
- Partner with ELB corporate functions to address staffing, security, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Monitor program performance, identify risks, and coordinate timely resolution of issues affecting contract
execution or customer requirements. - Support compliance with contractual, federal, security, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain effective relationships with government customers, subcontractors, and ELB stakeholders.
- Represent ELB in customer engagements and provide leadership continuity in the Program Director's absence.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of relevant DoD or federal government contracting experience, OR an equivalent combination of
education and specialized experience - Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed programs
- Working knowledge of federal acquisition, contract administration, and security compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field
- PMP, DAWIA, or comparable certification
- Strong program and operational leadership experience
- Ability to effectively engage government customers, senior leadership, and program teams
- Strong judgment, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities
