The role we offer you:
By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work with the Transformation Director, VP Treasurer and the CFO, in order to present the trends in performance indicators, forecasts and analyzes of CAE performance and ad hoc projects. Are you ready to:
- Track and consolidate all Transformation projects (new and existing) forecast.
- Challenge assumptions, highlight risks and assess impacts on strategic plan.
- Provide monthly updates to CFO and Transformation Director of the progress financially.
- Coordinate cross-segment inputs and guide assumptions for new business cases.
- Align with teams pre and post Transformation views on all 3-statements.
- Participate the financial forecasting and financial performance analysis processes for CAE Consolidated.
- Participate in the development of the company's strategic plan.
- Participate in the establishment of the annual budget.
- Maintain and develop financial models and identify, document and communicate risks and business opportunities related to forecasts.
- Be responsible for the preparation of various financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Propose and implement improvements, as well as AI to the various planning and financial forecasting processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- a university degree in accounting or finance.
- a professional title completed (CPA, CFA).
- a minimum of eight (8) years of related experience.
- IT skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

- a personality focused on detail, a good sense of analysis.
- an ability to work with a minimum of supervision and to meet deadlines.
- ability to communicate effectively with senior management staff.
- ability to work in a fast pace environment.
