What We’re Looking For:
A hands-on and service-driven Supervisor of Pool Services who ensures our pool areas deliver a safe, clean, and relaxing experience for every guest. You’ll support the Manager in overseeing daily operations, lead by example, and guide a team dedicated to maintaining pristine facilities and providing exceptional service.

What You’ll Do:
Assist in daily operations of pools, hot tubs, and surrounding areas
Monitor water quality and report any issues to management
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of pool decks, furniture, and amenities
Greet guests warmly and assist with poolside requests
Respond promptly to guest concerns and escalate when necessary
Promote poolside offerings and seasonal activities
Supervise pool attendants and lifeguards during shifts
Provide on-the-job guidance and reinforce safety and service standards
Assist with scheduling and timekeeping as directed by the Manager
Enforce pool rules and monitor guest activity to ensure safety
Maintain certifications and ensure team compliance with local health regulations
Support emergency response protocols when needed
Other Responsibilities
Regular attendance in conformance with standards
May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
Perform other duties as assigned
Regularly lift up to 45 pounds, bend, crouch, kneel, push, pull, and walk
Stand for extended periods during shifts
Your Qualifications Include:
Food and Beverage Restaurant Experience is required
One to two years of lead or supervisor restaurant experience preferred.
Liquor and beverage knowledge preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent guest service skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and written with team members, leaders and guests required.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
