Key Responsibilities:
Balance cashier’s daily takings
Complete cashier’s settlement sheet
Record cashier’s shorts and overs
Complete and reconcile taking sheet
Prepare takings for collection
Physical banking of cheques and cash
Order change for next day’s trading
Takings figures communicated to support office
Communicate discrepancies to management
Adhere to all float/cash office policies and procedures
