This Principal, Strategic Initiatives & Transformation, HP Services - Chief of Staff Office is responsible for leading the strategic planning, enablement & execution of key HP Services initiatives, helping transform services into a recurring revenue growth engine for HP. This role translates business priorities into actionable strategic initiatives, shapes operating models and growth roadmaps, and leads cross-functional programs from strategy and design through execution. The role also collaborates globally to develop innovative solutions and leads cross-functional initiatives with a significant impact on the services business.

Responsibilities
• Partner with HP Services Chief of Staff, SVP of HP Services, senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to develop, refine, and execute business strategy, strategic priorities, and transformation objectives.

• Lead the governance and operating mechanisms that accelerate strategy execution, coordinating the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and approval of strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and transformational investments across HP Services.

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from conception through benefits realization, proactively addressing gaps in ownership, alignment, and execution, managing trade-offs, and driving timely decisions to achieve business outcomes.

• Drive organizational effectiveness across HP Services by evaluating and optimizing operating models, governance, processes, and ways of working to improve execution, accountability, scalability, and business performance.

• Contributes innovative ideas and may lead large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business.
• Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field.

• Experience in services-led businesses, recurring revenue models, with a strong understanding of the operational, financial, customer experience, and growth drivers of end-to-end services organization.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this role is $137,000.00 - 175,000.00  USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
