We are looking for a People & Organizational Performance Professional to join our Culture & Organizational Development team. In this role, you will help drive initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, enhance employee experience, foster a high-performance culture, and support organizational transformation across our global business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, improving people processes, leveraging technology, and contributing to meaningful change in an international organization.

What you'll be doing

• Support and deliver initiatives related to culture, organizational development, learning, leadership, and employee engagement
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of people and HR processes
• Coordinate and support leadership development and learning programs, including communication, tracking, and impact evaluation
• Contribute to change management activities linked to global projects and organizational initiatives
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on people, culture, and organizational development topics
• Help drive the adoption and effective use of digital HR tools and platforms
• Explore and support the implementation of AI-driven solutions within HR, including learning, recruitment, process automation, and employee insights
• Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, improve employee experience, and support informed decision-making

 

What we're looking for

We believe the right person is curious, proactive, and passionate about creating great employee experiences.

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience within HR, organizational development, learning, talent, or people-related processes
• Experience working in a global or international environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A structured and solution-oriented approach, with a continuous improvement mindset
• An interest in digital HR solutions, people analytics, and emerging AI technologies
• The ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, functions, and geographical locations
