Telemarketer ARG

Responsible for renewing and extending memberships for existing members, promoting membership upgrades (Gold/Platinum), reactivating expired memberships, and selling additional Interval International programs while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires Portuguese language proficiency to effectively support Portuguese-speaking members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact members to renew memberships.
• Promote membership upgrades and premium programs.
• Reactivate expired memberships.
• Achieve monthly sales and renewal targets.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding products and services.
• Provide daily sales reports and maintain accurate records.
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• Portuguese proficiency (written and verbal).
• Experience in sales, telemarketing, call center, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM/customer service systems).
