Keystone Health is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care through the highest standards of pharmaceutical services. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our growing pharmacy and expanding team!
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
- Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License, including Injectable License for vaccine administration.
- Experience in a Specialty Pharmacy a plus!
- Familiarity with Outcome Platforms.
- Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a plus.
- Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCACP) is a plus.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid PA Driver's License with clean driving history.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
