Reporting to the Senior Director, Broker Experience and Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for the integration and rollout of digital content for our brokers across the country.
You’ll primarily work in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to create emails and campaigns for various markets. You’ll collaborate closely with the design, communications, and marketing teams—as well as other stakeholders—to deliver digital experiences that are relevant, accessible, and on-brand.
This role will allow you to leverage your technical skills, attention to detail, and curiosity, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our digital marketing practices.
What You’ll Do Here

- Develop and adapt marketing emails using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, JavaScript, SQL, and SSJS.
- Configure personalization, segmentation, dynamic content, and different language or regional versions.
- Perform quality checks before each deployment: links, display, content, data, personalization, compatibility, and accessibility.
- Plan and deploy email campaigns and campaigns for the broker portal.
- Set up and analyze A/B tests to improve campaign engagement and performance.
- Apply best practices in digital accessibility, deliverability, compliance, and user experience.
- Collaborate with designers, communications advisors, marketing specialists, and other stakeholders.
- Review and validate content to ensure its accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand standards.
- Document and improve processes, workflows, and practices related to content and campaign platforms.
- Contribute to the continuous optimization of tools, templates, and production methods.
What You Bring
- College or university degree in digital marketing, communications, web development, multimedia integration, computer science, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in content integration, email production, digital marketing, marketing automation, or campaign management.
- Extensive experience with content management systems (including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Drupal), as well as with Photoshop and other products in the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS.
- A rigorous work ethic and the ability to effectively manage time and priorities.
- Demonstrated curiosity and a trial-and-error approach to problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and a strong ability to adapt to change.
- Independence, a collaborative spirit, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a bilingual environment and functional proficiency in English and French.
- Bilingualism (French and English): You will need to interact regularly with English- and French-speaking colleagues and partners from across the country.
- No prior work experience in Canada is required, but you must be eligible to work in Canada.
